Dalton Higgins is a publicist / PR strategist, the author of six books (including Drake biography Far From Over: The Music & Life of Drake), and co-host of the Black Tea podcast on Rogers Media, which discusses pop culture from a distinctly Black point of view. Dalton has managed publicity campaigns for a wide range of international & national artists including; Grammy Award winners (Buju Banton); Grammy nominees (Aloe Blacc, A-Trak); JUNO Award winners (Jazz Cartier, Kardinal Offishall); JUNO nominees (Allan Rayman, Emmanuel Jal); and winners of the U.K.’s Mercury Prize (Benjamin Clementine), France’s Victoires de la Musique – the French Grammys (Orelsan), and BET Award winners (Stonebwoy), all the way to the King of Soca, Trinidad’s Machel Montano. His books are carried everywhere from Cleveland’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame & Museum collection, to Harvard University’s hip-hop archive.
